1. This computer - If you're running CleanSuite on this computer and are not using the program on a network, after clicking on the "Install" button below, click on "Run" (some browsers use the word "Open"). This will download and update the program directly onto your computer.
   
   
2. Other computers - If you're installing the program on another computer or you're running on a network, after clicking on the "Install" button below, click on the "Save" button. This will prompt you to save the cleansuite_setup.exe file. You can save the file to your hard drive, a USB flash drive, a Zip drive or a CD.

   This completes the first step. The second step is to take or copy the file to the other computer(s). Find the cleansuite_setup.exe file using "Windows Explorer" or "My Computer" and double click on it to start the installation.
   

   If you're running on a network, you need to update each computer on the network starting with the "main" computer. Be sure to get CleanSuite up and running on the main computer before updating the other computers.

Note: The file is over 32 MB so the download will take four or five minutes on a DSL or cable modem. On a 56K modem it will take from half an hour to several hours depending on your connection speed. If you have any problems with it, let us know and we'll send you a CD.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Click on Control Panel.
3. Double click on User Accounts.
4. Click once on the "Turn User Account Control on or off"
5. Clear the check mark out of the "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer".
6. Click on OK to finish.
