1. After clicking on the Install button, click on "Open" (some browsers use the word "Run"). This will download and install the program directly onto your computer. This is the simplest method.

2. After clicking on the Install button, click on the "Save" button. This will prompt you to save the file. You can save the file to your hard drive, Zip, CD or USB drive. This will download and save the file to the drive but will not automatically install it. After the file has been downloaded, you must run it by locating the cleansuite_setup.exe file using Windows Explorer and double clicking on it. If you need help, phone us.

Note: The file is 32.5 MB in size so the download will take four or five minutes on a DSL or cable modem. On a 56K modem it will take from half an hour to several hours depending on your connection speed. If you have any problems with it, let us know and we'll send you a CD.
