I have been using Cleansuite for a couple of years now and have had time to get to know the system and see a couple of bugs, and I love it. It is so user friendly. So what is the big difference between this system and others available out there?
Before you shell out your hard earned cash you better make sure the system you intend to buy is easy to run, easy to update, and will give you the information you require in a format that is easy to understand. {A well known competitor} did not impress me and I would rather hit my head against a wall than use {another well known competitor}. The one that looked straight forward and easy to operate was of course Cleansuite.
I have taught people to use {another competitor} and it was a nightmare, however I found teaching new staff to use Cleansuite a breeze. So far everyone has been able to pick it up quickly and with very little drama. So it is easy to use, easy to teach (thank you), and gives me all the relevant data I need to track my business (a graph would be nice to track production, but I hear that is on the way).
So what happens when the going gets tough and you hit a glitch or don’t know how to do something? . Don’t kid yourself every system will throw a bug at you every now and then. I remember working for my brother in law who was running {a competitor} and just the thought of ringing them for help gets me frustrated. In my experience they spend more time telling you want they can’t do than fixing the problem. However, if I get a problem with Cleansuite I ring Julian here in Australia and he just talks me trough it over the phone, there and then. If the problem is a bit too technical for him it gets escalated to Wayne in Canada immediately. I have had Wayne connect remotely to my computer and fix the problem before my very eyes. No telling me what can’t be done, just fixing it, the guy knows his job.
Once you have bought a system the most important thing the supplier can do for you is provide fast efficient backup service and Cleansuite does that. I believe it ticks all the boxes and would recommend it to anyone.

We have recently installed cleansuite pos system and could not be happier with the program and the excellent customer service and support from Julian. Immediate benefits include increased professional image of our business, improved customer service, valuable reporting functions which contribute to business building and planning, improved inventory control, reduced administration time and happier customers. The program is user friendly and can be easily modified to suit our individual business needs. I’ve been using CleanSuite for about six months now. Although it is really intuitive to use, I appreciate the outstanding service you provide. No matter what questions I might have, you and your staff are always extremely helpful and get me pointed in the right direction.

Looking back over the last couple of years, remembering all of the POS software I looked at, ordered info on, and sales people I spoke with, I am so glad I found Wayne and Cleansuite.
I have been with Cleansuite now for a year and it has been very educating for me and wonderful for us here at Sonny’s. We have had our moments; a glitch in a new update or our computers; but with Shari or Wayne’s help we always got through it. Believe me, I will keep recommending Cleansuite.

For a product of such ease to operate and the service to go (with it) I will recommend this program to anyone. Thanks for your great service.

Thanks for your help with the statements. We had 145 charge account customers this month and after printing the statements, it only took about 1.5 hours to put them in the envelopes. With the old system, what with collating invoices, receipts and statements, it would have taken 6-8 hours.

I have a love/hate relationship with technology, but am grateful for a computerized point-of-sale system. We went through three systems before finding the correct one (the first two failed due to lack of support). CleanSuite is very friendly to use and I have yet to utilize the whole spectrum of what the system can do. I took the $300 support package when I got the system back in 2001... I still have a credit balance. Wayne and Shari are very helpful when I get stuck.
We used to do our invoices and statements manually. Now it's a few keystrokes. Much better than our old four-part system (what a pain to reconcile them!). Today I can look up on the system to see if a customer has anything in the plant. (We used to physically seach the whole plant.) I can make notes about customers' preferences to keep them handy. I hope to get off my duffer and use the data on the system to grow my business.

The developer and his staff are ex(!)tremely nice and ex(!)tremely customer service oriented. I love them! If only my company could have the quality of customer service that they provide! Honestly, I was surprised myself on how fast (the staff) learnt the program! I just showed them a couple of invoices and they said it has never been easier. I'm mighty relieved that they are happy with the program.
I don't know of one company that is so committed to their customers. Keep up the good work.

We preferred CleanSuite as we could select just the reports we wanted without having to print reams of paper.
With (a competitive dry clean software system) it would take five keystrokes to make a change. With CleanSuite you make the changes without having to go through several menus options.
And support is much better. If we called with a problem they'd get right on it. We didn't have to wait three days for an answer.

I was afraid of it at first but I worked out all the features for myself and had most things figured out before they told me about them. I would suggest that anyone play with it for two hours before they go on line. The young ones take only a few minutes.
