	First and most important, everything done in CleanSuite is recorded. Who does what and when. If you feel that you have a security issue, you can track every action on every invoice.
	Second, you can designate which employees can and cannot perform each procedure. For example you can specify who can change an invoice and who can't. And those that can, have to explain why they're making the change. This can stop the problem before it even begins.
	Cash shortages are spotted immediately.
	Invoices written on paper can sometimes "disappear". Computer invoices cannot. At least not without a good explanation.
