A vast array of reports is available with CleanSuite. This is
where the true value of a dryclean software program comes into play. You'll save
time with common functions like adding up your daily receipts
and you'll increase your profits with the many aspects of database
marketing.
Receipts
Used to reconcile your cash drawer(s) and check your daily cash
receipts.
Inventory
Check your inventory in minutes. Alphabetically, by conveyor
locations or delivery route. Using a barcode scanner you can
get an automatic report listing only missing invoices.
Work In
New orders brought in for the current day or any other time
period ranging from an hour to a year (or more).
Quick Customer Volume
You have a customer in front of you and you'd like a quick idea
(without them knowing what you're doing) of just how good a
customer they are? Type CV (Customer Volume) in the "Smart Command
Line" and press Enter, Enter, Enter. You'll instantly see the
total dollar volume and number of invoices over the last six
months.
Lists and Mailing Labels
Database marketing is what can make your business hum. CleanSuite
provides a vast range of reports for keeping your customers
coming back.
Some of the more useful ones are mailing labels (or phone numbers)
for new customers, those that have upcoming birthdays or good
customers that have mysteriously quit coming in. You can get
separate lists for your good customers and those that need a
reminder that they should come and see you. You can sort them
by delivery route, customer code, phone numbers, postal/zip
codes, discount values and charge accounts. This and many other
features make this the most important series of reports for
increasing your profits.
Accounts Receivable
Select charge account or non charge account customers, all invoices
or by representative. Aged 30, 60 and 90 days.
Statements
Hit four keys and relax over a cup of coffee while your statements
are printed out. You can create statement discounts and overdue
interest charges.
Delivery/Route Reports
Absolute control over your route reports. Tracks garments ready
for delivery and those that are held back for a re-clean. Select
only the routes you want. Turn on the notes feature to help
a substitute driver that doesn't know the route.
Shirt Control
Ideal if you send your shirts to another location for cleaning.
Credit Card Charges
Use this if you pay all your credit card charge account customers
at one time.
Old Invoices
Print a list of orders that haven't been picked up. Phone or
write these customers to keep your inventory turning over.
Not Ready
Check for invoices that have been promised but are not yet ready.
Exceptions
This is a security feature that tracks all "unusual" staff activity.
When your staff (if authorized) make any of a variety of changes
they need to explain why. This information along with dates,
invoice numbers and customer details will keep your staff honest
and money in your pocket, not theirs.
Categories
A detailed breakdown of the type of garments you're cleaning
for any time period. You can also see what you've promised for
the future so you can schedule staff efficiently.
Coupons
Find out what promotions are working and which ones aren't.
Analyzes not only new customers attracted by a promotion but
how many of your current customers used the coupon and possibly
reduced your income!
