Points to consider
Before you buy any dry cleaners software you should check the following

2. Are upgrades free of charge? Ours are.
3. Ask how long your free support and training lasts. Ours is one year
4. Ask about ongoing support. Most companies charge a maintenance or service contract fee of $500 to $1000* a year.
Our support is based on an as-needed basis. And it's very low. Each year we add up all our support fees for all our users and the average cost per store is less than $30 per year.
5. Hardware warranty and support should be reasonably priced. Most computers already come with a one year warranty. A three-year on-site parts and labour warranty should be no more than 10% of the cost of the equipment.
