Type the phone number or the first few letters of a customer's name in the Smart Command Line to bring up their personal profile. Then add an invoice or Quick ticket, pay a bill or check an order for them - all from the same line. They're on their way again in record time. (By the way, clients love not having to spell their surnames every time they come in.)

On screen, CleanSuite looks just like a paper invoice, so you follow the same steps you do when handwriting an order. The difference is CleanSuite completes most of the form for you. All it needs is a few hints from a keystroke or two. Even staff unfamiliar with the program can find what they need just by typing in a few letters or numbers. The drycleaning software prompts, help them complete the transaction. And... if English isn't their first language, all that's required are a few letters from some key words and the program intuitively knows what they want to do.
